Requirements
- Proven expertise in the aviation industry with corresponding certifications
- Many years of practical experience in aircraft maintenance
- Excellent communication skills and confident demeanor
- Very good ability to communicate complex concepts in an understandable way
- Experience in creating and presenting training materials
- Flexibility and adaptability to different target audiences and learning styles
- Team spirit and the ability to work in a cooperative environment
- Fluent spoken and written English
