Tasks
- Delivery of theoretical and practical training in the aviation sector

- Development of training materials, curricula and presentations
- Provision of practical examples and case studies
- Tailoring the training content to the individual needs of the participants
- Assessment of participant performance and provision of constructive feedback
- Maintenance of training materials and updating of content in line with industry trends and developments
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in the aviation industry with corresponding certifications
- Many years of practical experience in aircraft maintenance
- Excellent communication skills and a confident manner
- Very good ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
- Experience in creating and presenting training materials
- Flexibility and adaptability to different target audiences and learning styles
- Team spirit and the ability to work in a cooperative environment
- Excellent written and spoken English
